THE HIDEAWAY is a luxury holiday chalet for a couple, which was newly refurbished for the 2008 season. This superb Isle of Wight self catering accommodation is situated in an elevated position overlooking gardens and surrounded by trees, with glimpses of the sea beyond. The location is quiet and peaceful and is perfect for walkers, as there are plenty of footpaths nearby, or just a relaxing holiday and a comfortable base from which to explore the island.Regrettably, children and pets are not allowed and the property is strictly non-smoking.
THE HIDEAWAY is situated in the village of Niton on the south of the Island. The village itself has a pub, general store (that stays open late), chemist, butchers and a Post Office which also has a tea room and garden.
The property and car park sit within a secure area with electronic gated access.
THE HIDEAWAY is fully double glazed with modern furniture and fittings throughout and comprises a combined kitchen/lounge/diner,double bedroom and bathroom.
The KITCHEN/DINING area is fully fitted and has a dining table and chairs, electric oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. There is plenty of storage space and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The LOUNGE area has a modern leather sofa, side table with lamp, electric fire and a flat screen satellite TV with combined radio/CD/DVD player.
The L shaped BEDROOM has a double bed, with a comfortable memory foam mattress, matching wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, wall mirror, towel rail and electric heater.
The BATHROOM is completely tiled and has a separate shower area and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE on the patio there is a garden table and chairs for al fresco meals.
All bedding, towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided and there is constant hot water to the property.
Price Range: £150-£300 per week.
*PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A WALK FROM THE CAR PARK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE GARDEN STEPS. A LUGGAGE TROLLEY IS AVAILABLE. THE STEPS ARE QUITE STEEP SO THE PROPERTY WOULD NOT BE SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES.*
