We are situated in a quiet location, but only a two-minute walk to Ryde Esplanade and the superb sandy beach. The outlook from The Honeymoon Suite at Sorrento Lodge is simply stunning, with fantastic views out over the Solent, right across to the Spinnaker Tower at Portsmouth.

Ryde is the largest town on the Isle of Wight and boasts several major attractions, as well as six miles of golden beaches. Within a few minutes walk, you will find an ice skating rink, putting green and a 22 lane, ten-pin bowling alley. There are the usual seaside shops and arcades, as well as many trendy cafés, bars and restaurants. Shopping in Ryde is a delight, with many streets full of well-known retail outlets, as well as plenty of shops unique to the Island. The hovercraft terminal is also close-by, where foot passengers can travel to the Island from Southsea in just 10 minutes.
