Description

Fellows House is a spectacular period town house offering luxury Isle of Wight self catering accommodation. It is perfectly located in a prime position in Cowes and boasts superb sea views over The Solent, yacht clubs and the start line for many of the world famous regattas held at Cowes. Fellows House is within comfortable walking distance of the yacht clubs, the centre of Cowes and the marinas.

This substantial and beautifully presented house, which was built around 1855, provides extensive well-proportioned accommodation in unrivalled comfort. There are three fantastic reception rooms, a large kitchen and a good-sized decked terrace. The property has a wonderful combination of characterful features, including elegant and comfortably sized rooms and lovely period fireplaces, plus modern comforts such as wide screen TVs, DVD player and free wi-fi.

It has four bedrooms that can accommodate eight people (each room can be arranged with king-sized beds or twins) and each bedroom has its own shower or bathroom. There are three additional cloakrooms with WC and hand basins on each floor. The lovely light drawing room has deep sash windows and overlooks the Royal Yacht Squadron and the Solent beyond. A large dining room seats sixteen, with French doors opening onto the decked terrace with sea views, which is perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is also a sitting room (with large TV, DVD player and free wi-fi), kitchen/breakfast room and a laundry/utility room. Fellows House also has a large covered car port with ample parking space for two large cars. We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate pets and smoking is strictly forbidden.
