Jasmine & Honeysuckle Cottages are located in the outskirts of the beautiful Old Village of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. The beach is only a ten minutes walk away as are the local shops. you can be in the heart of the picturesque old village with its pubs, thatched tea rooms and restaurants in just five minutes. country walks and amazing scenery is on our doorstep .The perfect recipe for a great holiday .

Our 3 bedroom cottages, sleeping 6, offer a very high standard of spacious, fully equipped self catering holiday accommodation.The master bedroom is a double, with an en-suite shower room with French doors opening onto a balcony with views over the garden. The second is a twin bedded room with views over the Mews entrance. The third / middle room is a twin with a single bed, and a choice of either a pull-out single bed or a travel cot. This room has views across the gardens. There is also a family bathroom with full size bath and a downstairs toilet / cloakroom.

Downstairs is open plan with a bright and airy spacious kitchen/diner and lounge, with French doors leading onto an enclosed timber decking area, which overlooks the mature gardens and little tykes children’s play area.

Both cottages include: Colour TV, free to view Sky channels,, CD and DVD player with selection of DVDs,i-pod docking station, Playstation 2 with games, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, clock-radio, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, cot, highchair and barbeque.

Kiddie Guard stair gates are fitted to the top and bottom of the stairs.

Our guests have complimentary use of a neighbouring leisure facility, which are within a short walk and include a small indoor pool, gym, tennis court and indoor play area.

The cliff path and steps lead to the attractive sandy Appley Beach which is approximately a 10 minute walk and just right for lazy summer days.

The many amenities of the busy seaside town of Shanklin are also within easy walking distance, as is the bus route and the seasonal open top pony bus (which goes from the Old Village to the Esplanade).

Children of all ages are very welcome and there is a Little Tykes play area and wooden play house in the garden.

All accommodation at Chestnut Mews is non-smoking and no pets.
