Welcome to Little Span Farm on the Isle of Wight. We provide bed and breakfast in the Farmhouse and Harvesters Cottage. We also provide self catering in the Brew House and the Stable Cottage. The farmhouse and holiday accommodation is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, which is ideal for walking and family holidays. We are within easy reach of Ventnor with its golf course and secluded bays. The large sandy beaches of Sandown and Shanklin are a short drive away with their many tourist attractions.

Little Span Farm is situated on the south-west side of Wroxall on the Isle of Wight and is a fully working arable and sheep farm, which used to be part of the Appuldurcombe Estate. Here at Little Span Farm we take great pride in the service we provide and from our website you can contact us, have a peek at our holiday accommodation and make bookings. Bed and Breakfast (£30pppn)
Bed and Breakfasters can stay in the stone 17th century, centrally heated farmhouse or the Harvesters Cottage. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and usually consists of a traditional english farmhouse breakfast. You also have a wide choice of cereals, fruit juice and tea & coffee. We are also happily cater for vegetarian requirements. In the farm house there are three main double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms and one with private bath room. Each double room has a colour television and their own tea and coffee making facilities. Bed and Breakfast is also available in the Harvester Cottage. There is a fridge for guests on the bedroom landing to store their own food and drink.

Self Catering in the Stable Cottage
The Stable Cottage is a centrally heated stone cottage. Inside on the first floor, there is an open plan oak beamed sitting room with a sofa, colour TV, video and radio. Through the French windows there is a decked sun terrace with a BBQ, tables and chairs. The kitchen is in a modern fitted farmhouse style with automatic washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, oven and fridge freezer. On the ground floor a double bedroom with en-suite shower toilet and wash basin. A twin bedded room and bunk bedded room both with wash basins. A bathroom, toilet, cot, stairgate, duvets and linen. A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to first floor. Pets are welcome, there is a small enclosed garden and plenty of parking.

Self Catering in the Brew House
The Brew House is a centrally heated stone cottage. Inside on the ground floor, there is a sitting room with a double sofa bed, a wood burning stove, colour TV. dinning area and modern pine fitted kitchen. The kitchen has an automatic washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, oven and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, toilet and basin. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (access through to each other), a double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with a 3ft bunk bed. A spiral staircase takes you downstairs to the ground floor. Pets are welcome, you can use the farmhouse garden and there is plenty of parking space.
