Seymour Holiday Cottages are situated at Lower Yard Farm, which is a non-working farm surrounded by beautiful countryside. Seymour Holiday Cottages are within easy reach of the picturesque village of Godshill which has several interesting attractions, eating places, tea rooms and pubs. The centrepiece of the village is a charming hilltop church dating in part from the 14th century and surrounded by enchanting thatched cottages.
The coastal town of Shanklin is approximately 5 miles away and a firm family favourite, boasting a safe sandy beach. This is a bustling resort, popular with all age groups, where youll find all the traditional elements of a seaside holiday.
For the riding enthusiasts, there are two riding stables close to Seymour Holiday Cottages and various footpaths and bridleways to explore. For guests wishing to bring their own horses, we have stabling available with grazing and paddock. The livery arrangements would however be on a do it yourself basis, but feed is on hand and prices are available on request. Ample room is also available for the parking of horse boxes.
